Molescope Skin Cancer Clinic has been located in Mooroolbark for over 10 years. Our aim is to detect skin cancers as early as possible which then saves lives. All our Doctors have extensive post graduate training in Skin Cancer Medicine and they use Dermoscopy (acts like a handheld microscope but just touches the skin) and clinical photography (using the latest high resolution D-SLR cameras). The Doctors can provide on site surgery for most moles needing removal.
If you have a changing mole, or one that looks different to all your others then it must be reviewed ASAP. Don't wait to book your skin check until the COVID crisis is over. We're open throughout the COVID crisis and happy to continue seeing those people who are wanting a skin check.
We have various measures in place to protect our patients & staff during the COVID crisis. These strategies include patients waiting in their cars instead of the waiting room, every patient & doctor wears a mask (provided), social distancing enforced inside our building, plenty of hand sanitiser available and we're cleaning the practice on a very regular basis.
